Operations Analyst III (AML)

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of AML regulations, including PCMLTFA FATCA CIRO and broader AML trends.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, guide junior members, and manage escalations effectively.
• Capable of managing or contributing to projects focused on process improvement, system enhancements, or regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle complex tasks with competing priorities while ensuring consistent delivery.
• 5 years of AML / KYC experience- client onboarding
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence team members and business partners.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Excel (strong preferred/intermediate excel skills), Bloomberg, Impact, UI Path, Alteryx, and VBA is preferred.
• CAMS designation is an asset.
• Capital Markets- strong preference
• Only Local to Toronto or GTA please!

Schedule

• Duration: 10 months
• Hybrid: 3 days for now, can be 4 days from next year
