Oracle Application Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned Oracle Applications Specialist to help drive the performance, stability, and ongoing enhancement of a critical Oracle EBS environment. In this role, you'll partner with both business and technical stakeholders to support and optimize Oracle Financials and Supply Chain applications, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to key initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization.
What You'll DoProvide expert support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite (R11i/R12)Configure and enhance Oracle applications to meet evolving business needsLead data conversion, migration, validation, and integration effortsSupport Oracle Financials and Manufacturing/Supply Chain modules, ensuring reliable day-to-day operationsDesign, develop, and maintain interfaces, customizations, extensions, and automation solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvementParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deploymentCreate and maintain clear technical and functional documentationHelp drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Oracle ecosystem
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience8+ years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (R11i/R12)Strong experience with Oracle Financials, including General Ledger and related modulesExperience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution processesProven expertise with:Data conversions, imports, exports, and migrationsInterface development and system integrationsOracle customizations, extensions, and enhancements (CEMLI experience preferred)
