Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud Solution Architect with strong expertise in enterprise customer master data architecture and Oracle CDM implementations.
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in Oracle CDM Cloud.
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle CDM Cloud implementation projects.
Strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management.
Data Modeling and Enterprise Data Architecture.
Data Quality Management, Deduplication & Data Cleansing.
Oracle CDM integrations with external applications.
Data Governance, Compliance & Security.
Customer Hierarchies and Validation Rules.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Siebel UCM (Universal Customer Master).
Oracle CDH (Customer Data Hub).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage enterprise Customer Master Data architecture.
Establish data governance standards and customer hierarchies.
Architect integrations between Oracle CDM and external applications.
Implement data quality, reconciliation, deduplication, and validation processes.
