Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Consultant

Tasks

• Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, and configuration.
• Conduct business requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• Configure workforce structures, service regions, shifts, calendars, and travel parameters.
• Optimize routing, scheduling, dispatching, and workforce utilization.
• Manage work orders, service appointments, crew assignments, and emergency field requests.
• Configure mobile field execution, including inspections, material consumption, time reporting, photo capture, and GPS tracking.
• Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM Cloud, PPM, Maintenance Cloud, and CRM applications.
• Develop operational dashboards and monitor KPIs such as technician utilization, SLA performance, travel time, and workforce productivity.

• Hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong background in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Utilities, or related industries.
• Candidates MUST have relevant hands-on Construction/EPC domain experience.
