Order Entry Clerk Administrative Assistant

The Order Entry clerk & administrativt assistant provides administrative and customer service support to the Sales, Human Resources, and Administration teams. This position is responsible for order entry, customer communication, reception coverage, general administrative duties, and assisting with employee communications and company events.

Full-Time Permanent | M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Enter, process, and communicate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the Sales Team with customer communication, order updates, and rescheduling
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, labels, documentation, and filing.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist visits at reception.
• Provide general office support, including preparing coffee, picking up lunches, and occasional errands.
• Assist HR with PowerPoints, posters, employee communications, lunches, and company events.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
• Strong and friendly communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with occasional lifting, event setup, and general office tasks.
• No Canadian experience required
