About Our Client:This is a fully remote role to work for one of our clients, a lifestyle and home goods brand focused on thoughtfully designed products that bring comfort, style, and function into everyday living. They curate modern essentials that blend quality materials with intentional aesthetics for a balanced, elevated home experience.
About the Role:This role is responsible for managing purchase orders and supporting sales and operations teams while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Order Management Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and resolved efficiently when issues arise.Note: This is a contractor role.
Key Responsibilities:Manage order entry, tracking, and shipment reporting using ERP and warehouse systems.Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.Coordinate with sales, operations, inventory, logistics partners, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.Monitor on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance, manage disputes, and support compliance requirements.Communicate proactively regarding stock availability, delivery issues, and service interruptions.Review performance metrics and scorecards, driving improvements within areas of control.Analyze order volumes to support efficient transportation and fulfillment decisions when applicable.Process documentation requests related to delivery confirmation, losses, or damages.Support sample orders and customer-related activities as needed.Maintain and update standard operating procedures and work instructions related to order processes.
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in order management, customer service, operations, or logistics.Experience working with ERP NetSuite;Familiarity with order management or EDI platforms is a plus (such as SPS Commerce, Confido and Edge).Experience in Consume Packaged Goods (food, beverage or personal care)Strong proficiency in Excel and general business software tools.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accurate data entry capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.Collaborative, process-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.Availability to work at 8:00am – 5:00pm PT (1 hr lunch)
