Paid Social Manager

We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to help us build and grow the paid advertising side of our agency.

We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and creative, with strong hands-on experience in:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Manager
• Lead generation + retargeting
• GA4 + conversion tracking
• Creative testing + ad strategy
• Landing pages + funnels
• Reporting + lead quality analysis

This isn’t just about getting more clicks or cheaper leads.

We want someone who understands how to attract the right clients, analyze the full journey from ad to inquiry, and turn campaign performance into clear creative direction.

You’ll work closely with our creative team to identify the hooks, messaging, videos, offers, and campaigns we should test next. You don’t need to be the designer or content creator—you need to know what creativity will help drive performance and why.

Experience with interior design, architecture, construction, luxury brands, real estate, or high-ticket services is a big plus.

• 3+ years of paid media experience preferred
• Bay Area preferred
• Hybrid in our Moraga, CA office, approximately 1–2 days/week
• Open to exceptional remote candidates who can collaborate during Pacific Time hours
