About the role

Delmar Farm, a nonprofit equine and farm animal sanctuary in Deer Run, Loxahatchee, is looking for an experienced adult to join the team. The schedule is 3–4 mornings per week, approximately 9 AM–11/12 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with some flexibility. There is very little stall cleaning.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and properly wrap legs.
Bathe horses and provide body clipping.
Handle general barn and horse care and daily chores.
Maintain water troughs and help with whatever needs to get done that day.

Requirements

Extensive horse experience, including administering medications, wrapping legs, bathing and body clipping.
Be dependable, experienced, friendly and willing to jump in where needed.
