Part-Time Maintenance Moving Resident Caretaker

THE ROLE
- Basic maintenance & repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
- Assist with moving furniture & household items
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with the team
- Keep properties clean, safe & well maintained
- Landscaping (mowing lawns & trimming bushes)

REQUIREMENTS
- Must live in Vancouver
- Previous maintenance / handyman experience is required
- Physically able to lift and move furniture
- Reliable, punctual & responsive
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

POSITION DETAILS
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: 16-20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible weekdays and/or weekends
Location: Vancouver
