Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver customized Mandarin and Spanish lessons that meet individual student needs and learning styles. Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing actionable feedback to improve language proficiency. Create engaging, interactive classroom activities that promote active participation and language retention. Develop instructional materials and resources that enhance student understanding and interest in Mandarin and Spanish. Collaborate with fellow educators to design integrated language programs and share best teaching practices. Maintain clear communication with parents about student progress, challenges, and achievements. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with language teaching methodologies and technology tools. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Spanish languages with strong teaching skills. Excellent patience, creativity, and communication skills to engage diverse learners. Familiarity with language instruction software and digital teaching tools. Preferred: 1-3 years of experience teaching Mandarin and/or Spanish language courses. Experience working with children or adult learners in a classroom setting.
