About the role
Join the growing team at John Mollett. The schedule is 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified caregivers.
- Review employment applications and resumes.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with prospective employees.
- Post and maintain job openings.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding activities.
- Help maintain an active pool of caregivers for available cases.
- Communicate professionally with applicants and management.
Requirements
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, healthcare, or home-care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple applicants.
- Comfortable making recruitment calls and following up with candidates.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
- Dependable, motivated, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals.
