Part-Time Recruiter

SCHEDULE: 3 Days Per Week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit and screen qualified caregivers
Review employment applications and resumes
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
Follow up with prospective employees
Post and maintain job openings
Assist with hiring and onboarding activities
Help maintain an active pool of caregivers for available cases
Communicate professionally with applicants and management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Recruiting, staffing, HR, healthcare, or home-care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to manage multiple applicants
Comfortable making recruitment calls and following up with candidates
Basic computer and social media skills
Dependable, motivated, and professional
Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals
