We are looking for a part-time Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and organizational goals. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates. Review resumes and perform preliminary screenings to ensure the right match for each position. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates during the interview process to enhance their chances of success. Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve candidate experience. Track and manage candidate progress in our applicant tracking system, ensuring timely follow-ups and communications. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional educational achievements preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in recruiting or customer service is a plus. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience of 1-3 years in recruiting or related fields. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team structure that encourages idea sharing and support. You will report directly to the Senior Recruitment Manager, fostering a direct line of communication and guidance.
