Job description
Insight Global is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join its team in Phoenix, Arizona. This remote-eligible role is ideal for a motivated communicator who enjoys connecting qualified candidates with job opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced staffing environment and partner with clients and colleagues to support successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for available roles.
- Build and maintain client relationships while learning about staffing needs and organizational goals.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary candidate screenings.
- Offer candidates feedback and coaching throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and the candidate experience.
- Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide timely follow-ups.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Recruiting or customer service experience is a plus; 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
Pay: $60000 per year.
Schedule: Part-time. Remote work is eligible; the position is associated with Phoenix, Arizona.
