Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Prepare detailed reports and visualizations that translate data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Utilize Excel for advanced data manipulation, including functions, pivot tables, and statistical analysis. Participate in project-based initiatives to support data collection and analysis efforts across various departments. Assist in maintaining data integrity and accuracy during data entry and analysis processes. Provide recommendations based on data findings to influence strategic project decisions and drive improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets. Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information clearly. Previous experience in a data analyst role is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with effective time management skills.
