Part-TimeOn-Call Driver

North Shore Medical Transportation LLC is urgently hiring a part-time/on-call driver. This role must be filled quickly — apply now if you meet the requirements below.

Required (must already have):
• Valid City of Chicago chauffeur license OR Class A/B CDL — this is a hard requirement, please only apply if you currently hold one of these.

About the role:
• This is NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) work — transporting seniors, medical appointment passengers, and wheelchair passengers.

Preferred (not required):
• Prior NEMT, Medicar, or paratransit experience is strongly preferred
• Completed Medicar/NEMT safety training (e.g., iDrivio course) is a big plus — if not completed, candidate must be able to complete it immediately after hire

Details:
• $20-$22/hour to start, depending on experience — up to $25/hour for candidates with strong relevant experience/credential
• Company vehicle provided
• Part-time/on-call — no guaranteed hours initially, with hours increasing as ride volume builds
• Based in Skokie, IL
