Key Responsibilities Build and nurture strong relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to promote the YieldMax program. Provide expert agronomic advice and product knowledge to optimize crop management practices. Conduct field visits to evaluate crop health and yield potential, delivering customized solutions to improve productivity. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategic initiatives that increase program adoption. Analyze agronomic data to identify trends and contribute to the development of innovative agricultural products and services. Track program performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance client satisfaction and program effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field. Proven sales experience combined with strong agronomy knowledge.
