Harvest Harmonics is hiring a full-time Sales Agronomist / YieldMax Program Specialist in Florida, FL. Join an agriculture-focused team advancing innovative crop management solutions that support farm productivity and sustainability. In this role, you will combine agronomic expertise, consultative sales, and relationship building to help farmers succeed with the YieldMax program.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to promote the YieldMax program.
- Provide agronomic guidance and product knowledge to help clients apply effective crop management practices.
- Visit farms to evaluate crop health and yield potential, then recommend solutions tailored to each operation.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver initiatives that increase program adoption.
- Review agronomic data, identify trends, and contribute insights to the development of products and services.
- Lead farmer training sessions and presentations on agronomy and crop management best practices.
- Track program performance and client feedback, adjusting strategies to support program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in agriculture-related sales roles.
- Demonstrated sales ability and a background in agronomy.
- Experience with crop management and strong knowledge of agricultural practices.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an interest in serving the agricultural community.
- Proficiency with industry-standard agronomy and data analysis software.
- Agronomy or related certifications are a plus.
