Key Responsibilities

• Draft and develop garment patterns based on design specifications.
• Utilize sewing techniques to ensure patterns align accurately with garment production.
• Maintain a strong understanding of fabric characteristics to select suitable materials for patterns.
• Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to refine patterns and uphold quality and design standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth pattern creation process.
• Adjust and modify patterns based on fitting sessions and production requirements.
• Keep detailed records of pattern changes and updates for future reference.
• Proficient in Richpeace software is required.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in pattern drafting techniques.
• Strong sewing skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various fabrics and their properties.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.
