surender is hiring a skilled, detail-oriented Pattern Master for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You will draft, develop, fit, and refine garment patterns that support accurate production and meet design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and develop garment patterns from design specifications.
• Use sewing techniques to check pattern accuracy for garment production.
• Apply knowledge of fabric characteristics when developing patterns.
• Work with designers and production teams to refine patterns and meet design and quality requirements.
• Adjust patterns following fitting sessions and production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of pattern revisions and updates.
• Use Richpeace software; experience is required.
• Communicate with team members to support an efficient pattern development process.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in garment pattern drafting and strong sewing skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics and their properties.
• Experience with Richpeace software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fashion or apparel industry experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Reporting

You will collaborate with designers and production staff, reporting to the lead designer or production manager. Clear communication helps keep pattern specifications and production timelines aligned.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 900000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
