Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Specialist

Process biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Assist with compliance, deductions, and payroll-related analysis Contribute to payroll system enhancements and implementation projects

Qualifications For The Payroll Specialist

Payroll processing experience required Strong Excel and data management skills Experience working with payroll systems or HRIS platforms Exposure to payroll compliance, audits, or multi-state payroll environments preferred
