Job description
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development.
- Expertise in the Pega Smart Disputes Framework.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification required.
- Strong experience with case management, workflows, REST/SOAP integrations, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Pega GenAI, Process AI, or external AI/LLM integrations.
- Experience leading teams, managing customers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring delivery quality.
