Pega SSA Developer

Tasks

• Design, build, and support enterprise-grade Pega applications for card dispute processing, chargebacks, and automated case management.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform following Guardrail compliance and best practices.
• Implement and customize Pega Smart Disputes framework for credit/debit card dispute resolution, chargeback workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Configure case types, complex workflows, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), routing rules, and business logic.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations to connect Pega with core banking, payment processing, and third-party systems.
• Debug complex issues, perform log analysis, and optimize application performance and database queries.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Pega AI, and GenAI capabilities (such as automated summary generation and intelligent case routing for dispute outcomes).
• Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams; participa
