Job description
About the role
We're looking for a client-focused HR professional with strong skills in HR Operations, People Analytics, Workday reporting, and organizational planning to support business leaders in a fast-paced technology environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Partner roles
- Experience partnering with managers and business leaders in a client-facing environment
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, and Pivot Tables
- Experience with Workday reporting, headcount analysis, and organizational data
- Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and talent cycles
- Experience supporting reorganization, organizational charts, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills
