Job description
Deepa Mankani is hiring a full-time Performance Marketer in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this role, you will help grow the brand through data-driven digital marketing, paid advertising, search engine optimization, and conversion optimization. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams and report to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing metrics, turning findings into actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to improve return on ad spend.
- Run A/B tests on advertisements and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective marketing materials.
- Monitor and report performance metrics, share updates with stakeholders, and recommend improvements.
- Keep up with digital marketing trends and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Three to five years of experience in performance marketing or a related discipline.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are preferred.
