Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.
• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials.
• Monitor and report performance metrics regularly to stakeholders, recommending improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or related discipline.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications highly preferred.
