Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research to analyze case facts, relevant laws, and precedents to build strong client cases. Prepare , draft, and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, and settlement proposals with precision and timeliness. Negotiate effectively with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to secure fair settlements that meet client needs. Represent clients confidently in court by presenting compelling evidence and persuasive arguments before judges and juries. Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive clear, consistent communication. Develop and implement strategic trial plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes and maximizing client compensation. Advise clients on their legal rights and options, providing empathetic guidance throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to maintain high standards of case management and client service. What We're Looking For Required: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum 3-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law or related litigation. Proven expertise in legal research, litigation, negotiation, and drafting legal documents. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal teams. Active membership in the California State Bar or relevant state bar. Preferred: Additional certifications in personal injury law, trial advocacy, or related specialties. Experience managing complex personal injury cases with successful trial outcomes.
