Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join a team in a 100% onsite role. This position is responsible for handling A-Z servicing of a middle-market book of business.

Compensation Package

Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage the full servicing lifecycle of a middle-market book of businessHandle all aspects of E&S lines, including completing specific forms, applications, and tracking renewals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 and other relevant systems.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance with industry standards.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts, with a strong focus on E&S lines.Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
