The Personal Lines Account Manager delivers exceptional service by managing all aspects of personal insurance accounts. The role is the primary point of contact for policy servicing, coverage education, and issue resolution, and works closely with producers, underwriters, and carriers to meet client needs with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned personal lines accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional, and personalized service.
• Proactively review coverage and identify opportunities for account rounding, coverage enhancements, and risk management recommendations.
• Educate clients about insurance products, policy features, and coverage options to support informed decision-making.
• Resolve client questions and service issues promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.
