REQUIREMENTS:
- Photocopy of each Government IDs or Government Numbers (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
- Certificate of Employment (COE), if applicable
- NBI Clearance (for non-Baguio City residents) or Police Clearance (for Baguio City residents)
- Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in pet grooming (dogs and/or cats)
- Proven ability to perform basic to advanced grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and blow-drying
