Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications and provide accurate pharmaceutical guidance to patients.
- Maintain patient medication records with attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Provide medication therapy management, including drug utilization reviews and patient consultations.
- Monitor inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient outcomes and medication adjustments.
- Educate patients about safe medication practices and potential side effects.
- Resolve medication-related concerns through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
- Experience dispensing medications and managing medication therapy.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with pharmacy management software and tools preferred.
- One to two years of related pharmacy experience preferred.
Team and Work Environment
Report to the Pharmacy Manager and work closely with pharmacy technicians and assistants in a collaborative healthcare team committed to excellent patient care.
