Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate database entries for order processing and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with vendors and suppliers and help manage inventory levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Reconcile stock records and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to support business decisions.
