Hamza Zeb Jadoon is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist In Charge to join our team in Nacogdoches, Texas. This full-time role is essential in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and services to our community. The ideal candidate must hold an active Pharmacist License in Texas and demonstrate a passion for healthcare, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
- Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers and patients regarding medication therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans and medication regimens.
- Train and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork and excellence.
- Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve medication-related issues.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
- Prior pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
- Industry certifications such as BCPS are a plus.
