Pharmacist In Charge – Nacogdoches, TX

Hamza Zeb Jadoon is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist In Charge for a full-time, on-site role in Nacogdoches, Texas. This position leads daily pharmacy operations and supports the safe, effective use of medications to improve patient outcomes. The Pharmacist In Charge reports to the Pharmacy Director and collaborates with pharmacy staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with federal and Texas pharmacy regulations.
• Provide clinical medication consultations to patients and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care plans and medication regimens.
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff while fostering teamwork and high-quality service.
• Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Assist customers and resolve medication-related concerns.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in Texas.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
• BCPS certification is a plus.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $150000 per year.
• Job type: Full-time.
• Work arrangement: On-site in Nacogdoches, Texas; this role is not remote.
