As a Pharmacy Technician Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy while maintaining all standards of care and service. Key Responsibilities Efficiently attend to customers, providing product information and pharmaceutical advice. Manage and control inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products. Assist in preparing orders and restocking products. Operate pharmacy software to manage client and product data. Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications as required. Maintain an organized, ethical work environment complying with established procedures and regulations. Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills to promote excellent customer service. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician. Excellent customer service skills. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical products. Experience in inventory management and stock control. Ability to use pharmacy software and related digital tools. Organized, professional ethics, and willingness to learn continuously.
