Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Montesano, WA. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized rehabilitation programs. Implement treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques to improve patients' physical function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on treatment goals and expected outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Document patient treatment sessions accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices. Participate in professional development and training sessions to remain current with industry standards and practices. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Strong skills in rehabilitation, patient care, communication, and assessment. Preferred certifications: CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
