Job description
Capleo Global Inc is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a contract position in Montesano, Washington. In this on-site role, you will provide patient-centered rehabilitation services and help patients improve physical function and reach their treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Deliver treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and physical function.
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans to support effective outcomes.
- Explain treatment goals and expected outcomes to patients and their families.
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic health records and in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Participate in professional development to stay current with physical therapy practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Strong rehabilitation, patient care, communication, and assessment skills.
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferred.
