CHANDAN S is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician in Jacksboro, Texas. Join a dedicated healthcare team and provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a supportive, community-focused practice. This on-site role offers the opportunity to contribute to local health and wellness through preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess patients to diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide preventive care and educate patients on maintaining their health.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- MD degree from an accredited medical school.
