Company is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our logistics team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India . This full-time role is key to ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and delivery schedules. Inspect products for quality assurance before packing and shipping. Accurately label packages to ensure safe transit and correct delivery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and improve work processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing. Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team and management. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
