The haukers Food cafe is hiring a full-time Pizza Maker in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This on-site role pays INR 20,000 per month. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous pizza-making experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare dough and toppings, and adapt recipes or cooking methods to customer requests.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain food-handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Help manage ingredient inventory and check ingredient quality with kitchen staff.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Support colleagues and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to help ensure smooth service.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pizza-making skills and a solid understanding of dough preparation and toppings.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain quality and cleanliness in a busy kitchen.
