Job description
Tasks
- Develop detailed work plans and schedules.
- Coordinate field crews, contractors, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare complete, execution-ready work packages.
- Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Support outage coordination and track project progress.
Requirements
- Utility operations, maintenance, construction, or related planning experience.
- Knowledge of scheduling, work management, and resource planning.
- Associate’s degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Preferred: 2+ years of electric utility planning experience, particularly in substation maintenance or construction.
Schedule
- Hybrid - 3 days in office
- 12-month contract
- Weekly team meetings at the Cincinnati & Plainfield headquarters are required.
