About the role
Ford Energy, a newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, is dedicated to accelerating U.S. energy independence. It designs, manufactures, and services grid-scale and commercial DC battery energy storage systems (BESS).
As the Plant Communications and Engagement Lead, you will use communication skills and a team mindset to implement data-driven solutions, foster a culture of trust and diversity of thought, and collaborate with a fast-moving team.
