Plumbing Instructor

Love plumbing and helping others learn? Ready to get off the job site and pass on what you know? Williams Academy is looking for a full-time Plumbing Instructor to train and mentor our apprentices as they build real, long-term careers in the trades.

What You’ll Do

Teach plumbing skills in the classroom and hands-on shop settingTrain apprentices on piping, water and waste systems, tools, safety, and best practicesCoach, mentor, and evaluate apprentices as they growHelp prepare apprentices to be job-site ready and successful in the fieldKeep things safe, organized, and aligned with apprenticeship requirementsRepresent Williams Academy at community and workforce events

What You Bring

Solid plumbing experience (journeyman level or higher preferred)Someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, or leading othersStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standardsClear communicator who can break down complex conceptsReliable, professional, and team-oriented
