KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead plumbing engineering design, calculations, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Manage project schedules, team performance, budgets, quality assurance, and project delivery.
• Coordinate MEP design activities and serve as a primary client contact.
• Conduct field observations and ensure compliance with engineering codes and industry standards.
• Oversee project documentation, technical reviews, and construction administration.
• Support business development, client relationship growth, proposals, and cross-selling MEP services.
MUST-HAVE
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
NICE TO HAVE
• Project Management certification (MPM).
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Leadership and team coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and advanced plumbing engineering design.
