About the role

Asterism IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager (Professional Engineer) to join a dynamic engineering team in Austin, Texas!

Tasks

• Lead plumbing engineering design, calculations, plan reviews, specifications, and construction administration.
• Manage complex MEP projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Support project planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and team management.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Experience in plumbing engineering design and MEP project delivery
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
