About the role
Conqueremploymentllc is looking for candidates with strong leadership skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment. A Warehouse Supervisor Lead manages day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping merchandise, while supervising and training warehouse staff. The role also serves as a bridge between frontline employees and higher management, helping ensure company policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.
- Maintain company policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
