We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Porters to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

RESPONSEBILITIES:
- Daily cleaning of common areas
- Trash removal & recycling
- Ensure property is clean and presentable
- Report maintenance issues
- Provide exceptional service to residents and guests

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous janitorial or porter experience preferred
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must pass background check
