Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice in a manner consistent with practice goals, policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, providers, patients and others, accurately communicating information between all parties.
• Greet, screen, interview and assist patients and visitors according to office guidelines.
• Demonstrate leadership and business management expertise while supporting the financial performance and patient care commitments of the clinic.
• Work closely with other senior management team members on corporate initiatives, practice development and key organizational goals.
