• Oversee day-to-day operations of the multispecialty clinic ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards compliance.
• Develop and implement operational policies to enhance patient care, optimize resources, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements to drive financial and operational success.
• Collaborate with senior management to support corporate initiatives, practice development, and organizational goals.

Compensation: $29.45 per hour
