• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize resources and comply with regulatory standards.
• Manage staffing including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance financial and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior management to support corporate initiatives and practice development goals.

Compensation: $29.45 per hour
