3D is seeking a compassionate, committed Life Partner to provide companionship and practical support to individuals in the Baxucun, Jiangsu community. In this full-time, on-site role, you will help promote well-being, independence, and inclusion through attentive daily support and meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships and encourage open communication.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through regular interactions and activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks while encouraging independence.
• Participate in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in individuals’ well-being to relevant team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop personalized support plans.
• Help foster an inclusive and welcoming community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting others.
• Previous caregiving or support experience is preferred but not required.

Team and Reporting

You will work collaboratively with a supportive team and report to the Community Manager, who will provide guidance. Together, the team develops effective approaches to individual support and contributes to a positive community atmosphere.
