Join our team as a Spanish-Speaking Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Latin American market. This full-time role begins onsite in Guangzhou, China, providing you with firsthand experience of our innovative products and operations. After the initial period, you will transition to a remote position based in your home country, focusing on client relationship management and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities throughout Latin America.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and management to support sales and expansion goals.
- Execute additional sales-related duties as assigned.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker with proficient English communication skills for daily business.
- Preferred candidates reside in Latin America, especially Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil.
- Willingness to relocate to Guangzhou, China for approximately one year.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- 2 to 10 years of professional experience; minimum 2 years in sales preferred.
- Strong motivation and sales mindset required for candidates without direct sales experience.
- Experience in IVD, medical devices, or healthcare industries is a plus.
- Availability for international travel (about 6 trips per year initially).
