Job description
Tasks
- Drive cross-team technical decisions, architecture alignment, and platform strategy.
- Define and scale AI-driven SDLC standards, tools, guardrails, and automation.
- Design and evolve large-scale distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead architecture reviews, code quality initiatives, and mentorship for senior engineers.
- Strengthen testing, CI/CD, observability, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate across Product, Data, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with significant Staff/Principal-level experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-organizational leadership skills.
