Principal Enterprise Data Architect

Tasks

• Lead enterprise data modernization and drive Microsoft Fabric adoption across analytics, business applications, and AI solutions.
• Define architecture, guide engineering teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and trusted enterprise data solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouse
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and Medallion Architecture
• Experience with data pipelines, Spark/PySpark, Power BI, and semantic models
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, metadata, and lineage
• Experience building AI-ready data platforms supporting Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise data modernization is a plus
• 20–25+ years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in an Architect role
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise data architecture initiatives
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and architecture decision-making skills
