Job description
Tasks
- Design persona-based user experiences and journeys across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and operating model analysis.
- Analyze user behavior, pain points, and adoption barriers.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product adoption.
- Drive solution discovery and experimentation beyond existing product capabilities.
- Develop alternative user journey designs to improve usability and adoption.
- Validate real-world user behaviors, operational feasibility, and business economics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Use tools such as Figma to visualize and present user journeys and experience designs.
Requirements
- Product Ownership / Product Management
- User Behavior Analysis
- UX Design & User Journey Design (UJD)
- Customer Discovery & Persona Development
- End-to-End Journey Mapping & Workflow Analysis
- Adoption Strategy & Solution Experimentation
- Figma or similar UX design and presentation tools
