Product Owner - Remote Work

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for a Product Owner to join its Product Team and help spearhead its growth. The role involves active participation in day-to-day operations and offers an opportunity to be a key member of the Product Team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, create features, epics and user stories, and work with development teams to size and estimate.
• Attend daily scrums to resolve product roadblocks, answer questions about stories and validate completed stories.
• Report status to stakeholders through product demos, including risks and opportunities.
• Support the sales process and build business cases to ensure product investment.
• Help with analysis and market research to define products and help clients.
• Work across multiple phases and projects for a single client.
• Manage continuous product improvement and contribute to establishing and managing the Product Management process.
• Recognize business opportunities and address them through technical expertise.
• Mediate requirements from internal and external clients.
• Manage control and monitoring tools, risks and problems, and ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Solid experience in similar roles.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, including capturing functional requirements and understanding user pain points.
• Additional experience as either a Project Manager or Software Developer.
