Production Planner

➖Bilingual English/Spanish) huge plus
➖Position is TEMP-TO-HIRE
💰 $16 hour plus Overtime
➖This position is an in-office position.
➖MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

TRAINING schedule:
9am-6pm (a 8-hour shifts).
(1-2 Sat out of the month from 5 a.m.-1:30 p.m.).

Permanent Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
(10-hour shift)

Job details but not limited to:
1. Scheduling warehouse dept orders.
2. Coordinating packaging and assembling crews to meet dead lines
3. Preparing shipping documents and maintaining purchasing.
4. Supervise shipping clerks and Inventory Cont
5. Coordinator between manufacturing and sales departments
6. Materials management and distribution.
7. Assist with data for monthly costing reports.
8. Track products on layout board
9. Month end inventory counts and reports
10.Other duties as assigned
11. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
