Job description
Evenflow Solutions is hiring a full-time Production Technician for the 2nd shift at its facility in Chaska, Minnesota. Join the Animal Nutrition Division and help manufacture high-quality animal nutrition products in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to meet performance and quality standards.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance to support a safe, efficient production line.
- Follow food safety and quality assurance procedures and applicable industry standards.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation for traceability and reporting.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in training on manufacturing practices and safety protocols.
- Contribute feedback and suggestions to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred; food production experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to operate basic production machinery and tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous production technician experience is a plus but is not required.
